Care that meets you where you are, for those ready to feel more peace with eating.
Heal your relationship with food through compassionate, individualized care.

You think about food all the time, but eating still feels complicated.
Whether you’re tracking every bite or eating to comfort hard feelings, obsessing over the "right" foods or swinging between control and chaos, you deserve care that meets you without judgment.
If you’ve been told "just eat intuitively" or "you look fine," and walked away feeling more confused or alone, you're not asking for too much. Here, we care for the whole you—not just the symptoms or behaviors around food.
Meet Linsey, RD
Hi I’m Linsey, Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery, food relationship healing, and helping people break free from exhausting food rules.
I created Beyond the Table for people who are tired of fighting their own bodies around food. My work combines clinical expertise with genuine understanding of why food feels so complicated. Because eating isn't just about nutrition—it's wrapped up in emotions, control, safety, and so much more.
Whether you're just starting to think about getting support or you've been working on this for years, I believe healing happens when we go slow, stay curious, and honor your pace over anyone else's timeline. Here, there's room for wherever you are in this journey.
Food peace, made personal.

Support that makes a difference
Let’s figure out what’s really going on (and what to do next)

You deserve support that actually gets it.
You want answers that make sense. You want to trust your body again, instead of wondering if you’re just overreacting. You want care that actually helps you feel better — not another endless cycle of guessing, googling, and trying to keep up. And maybe most of all, you want someone who listens… and knows what to do next.
