Serving Clients in Colorado and Texas

Hey I’m Linsey

Your Food Freedom Guide

I know what it's like to have food take up way too much mental space.

As a Registered Dietitian and the founder of Beyond The Table, I help people break free from exhausting food rules, rebuild trust with their bodies, and finally find peace with eating. Around here, we quiet the diet culture noise and skip the quick fixes — we focus on support that's gentle, individualized, and actually sustainable for your real life.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all. Just share what you’re experiencing, and we’ll figure out the right next step together.

  • I don’t currently accept insurance directly, but I’m happy to provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan and provider. Many of my clients have successfully received partial or full coverage this way. If you’re unsure how to get started, I’m always happy to help walk you through the process.

Services like Thrizer, Mentaya, and Reimbursify can help simplify the process by submitting claims for you. They’re designed to save you time and take the guesswork out of getting reimbursed—so you can focus on your care, not paperwork.

  • It varies for every person depending on your goals, pace, and life circumstances. You’re never locked into a set timeline; we’ll revisit your needs regularly and adjust frequency together so support always feels helpful.

  • A Registered Dietitian (also called a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) is a food and nutrition expert who has obtained a bachelors or masters degree through an accredited program, a supervised practice/internship (usually 1,200+ hours), passed a national board exam, maintains ongoing continuing education, and often holds licensure in their state. In contrast, the title “nutritionist” is not regulated, and anyone can use it regardless of their education or qualifications. All dietitians are nutritionists, but not all nutritionists are dietitians.
